Costumer Rights 

​​GENERAL: When you place an order electronically through this website, you are considered to have accepted the pre-information form and the distance sales contract provided to you. Buyers are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188), as well as other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product. Buyers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with product delivery. Each purchased product is delivered to the buyer or the person/institution at the address indicated by the buyer within a maximum of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyers can terminate the contract. The purchased product must be delivered complete, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and, if applicable, with the warranty certificate, user manual, and other necessary documents. If it becomes impossible to sell the purchased product, the seller must inform the buyer in writing within 3 days after becoming aware of this situation. The total payment must be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT PAYMENT IS NOT MADE: If the buyer does not pay for the purchased product or cancels the payment in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS FOR PURCHASES: If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the payment was made with a credit card that was used fraudulently by unauthorized persons, and the payment for the product is not made to the seller by the bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS: If unforeseen circumstances prevent the seller from delivering the product on time, the buyer will be notified. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of the delivery until the issue is resolved. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be refunded in cash within 14 days if the payment was made in cash. If the payment was made by credit card, the product amount will be refunded to the bank within 14 days, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to credit it to the buyer's account.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT: The buyer must inspect the product/service for damage (such as dents, breaks, torn packaging, etc.) before taking delivery from the shipping company. If the product is damaged, the buyer should not accept it. Once the product/service has been received, it is considered to be free from defects. After delivery, the buyer must carefully preserve the product/service. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product/service must not be used. The invoice must also be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: The buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to the buyer or the designated person/institution, without incurring any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason, by notifying the seller through the contact details below.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD: If the purchased item is a service, the 14-day period begins from the date of the contract. For services that begin with the consumer's approval before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. The seller is responsible for any costs related to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the seller within the 14-day period by registered mail, fax, or email, and the product must not have been used in accordance with the "Non-returnable Products" section of this contract.

EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The invoice of the product delivered to the buyer or a third party must be returned. (If the product was invoiced to a company, the buyer must return the product along with the return invoice issued by the company. Orders for which an invoice was issued to a company cannot be completed without a return invoice.) The return form and the product’s box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, must be returned in full and undamaged.

RETURN CONDITIONS: The seller is obligated to refund the total payment and return any documents that place the buyer in debt within 10 days from receiving the withdrawal notification and must accept the return of the goods within 20 days. If the value of the product has diminished or it becomes impossible to return it due to the buyer’s fault, the buyer is liable for compensating the seller for damages. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes or deterioration resulting from the proper use of the product during the withdrawal period. If the campaign limit set by the seller is exceeded due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount used in the campaign will be canceled.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS: Products that are prepared at the buyer's request or according to their explicit personal needs, underwear bottom parts, swimsuits, bikini bottoms, cosmetics, perishable or expired goods, products that are not suitable for return for health and hygiene reasons if their packaging is opened after delivery, products that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, periodicals like newspapers and magazines (excluding subscriptions), digital content delivered electronically, services performed instantly, and goods like books, software, DVDs, CDs, and tapes with opened packaging cannot be returned according to the regulation. Additionally, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that begin with the consumer’s consent before the end of the withdrawal period.

DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES: If the buyer defaults on payment by credit card, they agree to pay interest and be liable to the bank in accordance with the credit card agreement between them and the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action, and the buyer agrees to bear the legal costs and attorney fees. The buyer also agrees to compensate the seller for any damages and losses resulting from delayed performance.
